Have you ever think about this concept ? Just imagine you want to call to mobile phone which support only GSM through Skype from anywhere outside of the country. Then you need some interface to connect Skype call with GSM network. This simple amplifier circuits will do it. When you make a call using this device it will cost only local phone charges.... pretty good.!
However I don't know is their any legal issue with this connection.... It's up to you.
